SMS
PhoneServiceNOW now introduces Short Message Service (SMS) and Chat. It adds SMS send/receive to SMS enabled numbers via the PBX portal. This allows you to be able to use it for all scopes of Users: Basic User, Office Manager, Call Center Agent, and Call Center Supervisor.
Activate SMS
- Login to the PhoneServiceNOW App.
- Search and Select an existing Customer.
- Click the Numbers link on the grey menu.
- Click the Settings icon for the desired number.
- Click the Features tab and click the SMS for Hosted PBX toggle to ON.
- Numbers serviced by Bandwidth may not be compatible and may require an internal port.
